ESCAPE - the Erasmus+ project
Enhanced Skills Competence and Practice for the Economy
Welcome to the official website of the Erasmus+ ESCAPE project, which is sponsored by the European Union and involves seven schools. The main goal of the project is to enhance students' language skills, their ability to cooperate in an international group and to learn different subjects (ICT, Business Behaviour, Tourism, etc.) in English (CLIL - content language integrated learning). Furthermore, they shall improve their ability to make presentations and talk about groupwork they have to do during the training events. Another important factor is to learn something about the culture and tradition of partner countries. This should lead to a better understanding and awareness of differences and similarities. This should contribute to a better ability to cooperate in an international environment when they start looking for a job. The project has been labeled as a Danube Region project by PA9 (Priority number 9) of the EUSDR (European Union Strategy for the Danube Region). This group, called "To Invest in People and Skills", deals with educational prospects and securing job opportunities for young people in the Danube Region. The partners of the project are:
